Luminor Chrono Flyback PAM 60

Panerai has only one other flyback chronograph in its regular collection (PAM 212), which came into production in 2005. The PAM 60 dates back to 2000 (Series C) and was Panerai's first venture into the flyback chronograph concept. Rumour has it that this particular watch was plagued with problems, but that is simply a myth. Nevertheless, it makes the watch ever more unique. The design is beautiful, being one of the only Panerai watches that has a white dial. In addition, the play of light off the titanium and stainless steel surfaces make this watch a stunner.

Luminor Chrono Flyback Technical Information

Movement	Automatic mechanical, Panerai OP VI calibre , 13¼ lignes, 31 jewels, Polished Glucydur® balance, 36,000 alternations/hour. Kif® anti-shock device. Power reserve 50 hours. Oscillating weight personalised PANERAI. Chronometer Certificate (C.O.S.C.).
Functions	Hours, minutes, small seconds. Flyback chronograph with 3 counters measuring to 1/10 second, tachymeter scale.
Case	Diameter 40 mm, brushed titanium. Rectangular titanium push buttons for the chronograph functions, integrated between the case and the device protecting the crown.
Bezel	Polished steel with engraved tachymeter scale.
Back	See-through sapphire crystal.
Device protecting the crown	(protected as a Trade Mark) in polished steel with brushed titanium lever.
Dial	Special sand-coloured, with luminous hour markers and Arabic numerals. Grey chronograph counters. Indications: minute counter at 3 o'clock, hour counter at 6 o'clock, small seconds at 9 o'clock, centre chronograph seconds.
Crystal	Sapphire, made from corundum, 3.5 mm thick. Anti-reflective coating.
Water resistance	200 metres.
Bracelet	Links, each consisting of two parts, one brushed titanium and one polished steel, overlapped and screwed.
