Luminor Marina

Description: As with other Luminor watches, the Panerai Luminor Marina shares the same basic original design of the 1940s. What sets the Luminor Marina apart is that it is powered by an 8-day Angelus movement, giving it unprecedented lasting power for a hand-wound movement. In addition, it also displays seconds, which is something that the Luminor Base does not do. There is no seconds had, rather they are displayed on a small sub-dial at the 9 o'clock position.
Who it is for: the Panerai Luminor Marina and Marina Logo are one step above the Luminor Base. The addition of the small seconds on a sub-dial also gives it chronometer certification (COSC). Anyone who has slightly more to spend on a Panerai watch will be pleased with the Marina Logo, which is rendered more useful thanks to the small seconds.
